What is the cancellation policy?

Life events occur if you need to reschedule contact as soon as possible. Early cancellations are appreciated as it allows others the opportunity to book the available appointment.

However, if cancellations consistently occur within 24 hours before the scheduled massage session, the full fee for that session will be charged.

If you have a cold or flu, it is advised to avoid receiving massage while ill. Massage does not help “remove toxins” or speed up recovery. The body naturally works to restore balance and rest is recommended. If you feel ill on the day of your appointment, reach out as soon as possible to reschedule.

It is best to avoid receiving abdominal therapy during a menstruation. If you happen to start your menses the day of appointment reach out as soon as possible to get the appointment rescheduled.

No Gratuity Please, No Extra Pricing for Add-ons

The rates provided represent the final cost for each session. Pricing is all-inclusive to ensure clarity and affordability, eliminating concerns about gratuity or additional fees.

This approach supports both therapist and client to focus on the therapeutic aspects of the session and design a self-care routine that works best for the client.

Full Scheduled Session

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the appointment to receive the full scheduled session. The scheduled time marks the beginning of the session. Arriving early allows time to find the location of the facility, use the restroom, discuss goals, and set a treatment plan.
